Tic-Talk-Toe Speech and Language Therapy is a private pediatric speech-language pathology practice based in Raleigh, NC, proudly serving children and families across the Triangle area — including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Wake Forest, and Chapel Hill.
Founded by Sania Hasan, M.S., CCC-SLP, Tic-Talk-Toe was born from a deeply personal place. Sania's brother Osman's own communication journey inspired her to dedicate her career to helping children find their voices — and to ensure that every family has access to high-quality, compassionate speech and language therapy that truly meets their needs.
At Tic-Talk-Toe, we specialize in screening, evaluating, and treating a wide range of pediatric communication needs — from speech sound disorders and language delays to social communication challenges and AAC. We take a hybrid therapy approach, blending client-led and therapist-directed strategies to keep sessions engaging, flexible, and effective. Every plan is built around the individual child — their interests, their strengths, and their goals.

Meet Our Founder
Sania Hasan, M.S., CCC-SLP — Founder & Director
Sania Hasan is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) — the gold standard credential in the field of speech-language pathology.
Sania specializes in pediatric speech and language therapy, with particular expertise in:
- Speech sound disorders including articulation and phonological disorders
- Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS)
- Early intervention for infants and toddlers
- Language delays and disorders
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Social communication and pragmatic language

Her approach is warm, evidence-based, and deeply child-centered. Inspired by her brother Osman's communication journey, Sania brings both professional expertise and genuine personal understanding to every family she works with.
